Welcome to UNVAULTED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unvaultedskin.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display our products and their ingredients accurately. Colors, textures, and results may vary slightly from what's shown due to the small-batch, hand-poured nature of our products. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.

Our products are cosmetic items intended for topical external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always patch-test new skincare products before regular use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or sensitive skin condition, consult a physician before use.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND GUARANTEE

We stand behind our product with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at help@unvaultedskin.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Specific conditions (such as proof of purchase or product condition) may apply and will be communicated at the time of your request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNVAULTED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to skin irritation or allergic reaction resulting from improper use or failure to patch-test. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
